System settings
The System settings tab lists options to define WEBCON settings applicable to all processes and to specify WEBCON Workflow Service parameters.
The tab is divided into the following sections:
- Global constants – configuration of environmental constants available across the entire system,
- Business rules – used for creating and editing business rules which can be used throughout the system,
- Form rules – used for creating and editing form rules which can be used throughout the system,
- Automations – configuration of global automations that can then be used at the process level,
- Global fields – configuration of form fields available across the entire system,
- Licenses allocation – used for allocating individual licenses to users under a subscription model,
- Global parameters – configuration of WEBCON basic parameters,
- HotFolders – configuration of catalogues from which WEBCON Workflow Service downloads document scans,
- HotMailBoxes – configuration of email inboxes or public Exchange catalogues from which WEBCON Workflow Service downloads attachments,
- OCR AI Projects – node for importing and managing OCR AI projects, versions, and teaching OCR AI.
- Document entry points – a list storing information about entry points for documents,
- Authentication providers – configuration of external authentication providers,
- Business entities – a list of companies available in WEBCON,
- Service configuration – configuration of workflow service parameters and roles.
